1. FILE FORMATS

Which sample formats can I download from the website?

For multisamples you can download following file formats: SF2, SXT, Reason Refills. For Club Melodies, WAV Toolkitz, Acapellas and 3rd party products you can download all available formats described on product's pages (WAV, MIDI etc.). For these formats download works automaticaly - you get an email with keys right after purchase.

Multisamples in EXS format (Logic, Mac) can be also delivered via download but we send links manually several minutes to few hours after purchase - that's the one limitation.

2. DELIVERY VIA MAIL

Can I get my samples on CD/DVD ?

Sure you can. You have to select delivery option (CD/DVD via mail) and enter your address in a comment field. Shipping costs small fee. We're sending mails 1-2 times a week, depending on orders.

How long it would takes to receive CD/DVD ?

Shipping to U.S. or Australia may takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping within EU takes 2-3 days. Downloading is much faster anyways.

3. PURCHASING AND RECEIVING KEYS

I paid using my credit card using Allpay and got no keys. What shall I do?

To get your links automatically, you have to press button called "CLICK HERE TO FINISH YOUR ORDERING" at the end of purchasing process. After pressing this button, keys will be emailed to you. If you've forgot to press this button, don't worry, just email us about it.

I pressed right button, got the positive confirmation from Allpay and still have no keys emailed. What shall I do?

Purchase-email from Vipzone is generated automaticaly. Some mail servers may identify such email as a spam. It's good to have our main email address stored in your contact list. Otherwise if you have a problem with receiving mail while using popular mail client like Hotmail or Yahoo, you can look into a bulk/junk folder and retrieve our email from there. However if you use mail client which doesn't receive our emails at all, you have to create email ex. on Yahoo and send us information about your new mailbox. We will send you keys to the new mailbox as soon as possible.

4. DOWNLOADING

How download works?

After purchase you will get 2 keys for each pack which will allows you for downloading files from download-zone. Keys are ONE-TIME-USE, that means if you will leave download-zone, key which is actually used will be lost. However you may use backup key or email us for a new keys anytime you want (if all keys were lost).

Is there any difference beetween normal key and backup key?

No. There is no difference. When you lost first key you may use backup key and finish your downloads.

I work on MAC is there any problem with that?

No. But you have to download ZIP file. Don't download RAR archives since you may have a problem extracting them. You shouldn't have any problem extracting ZIP files with password when you use Stuffit.

Is there any difference beetween ZIP archive and multiple RAR archives available on download-zone?

No. Multiple RAR archives are basicaly for customers having slow internet connection.

5. SAMPLES AND FORMATS

Are the purchased samples royalty-free?

Yes, all samples, multisamples and vocals are roayalty-free for legal users.

Are the free samples royalty-free?

Yes, but except vocals and midi which are not royalty-free.

I used free Kate Lesing vocal example (from free samples). If I buy Kate lesing vocal pack can I use this vocal for my project?

No because this vocal examples come from commercial tracks. You may only make a remix.

I want to have my multisamples in WAV format not SF2 what shall I do?

Basicaly it doesn't make any sense to extract single WAV sounds from SF2 instruments. SF2 instruments contain several WAV files, although you may use them separately, the idea of using multisamples is based on fact that every note is assigned to a different WAV file and you can play multisamples using MIDI (keyboard or sequencer) AND SAMPLER (in 99% cases it's a virtual sampler, VSTi, standalone or other). Anyway some people ask about conversion because they like to use multisamples in ex. Music Maker which is not able to play instruments like SF2. Even if it doesn't make any sense, such conversion is possible. In this case you may use ex. Akai CD-Extract (recommended) or Chicken Translator or Awave Studio (Awave is shareware) and convert SF2 format to any other format based on single WAV files + programs (for example EXS). You will have single WAV files placed in a folder together with EXS programs then.

I use hardware sampler or other SF2-incompatible sampler, how can I load multisamples into my machine?

You may use one of translators ex. Akai CD-Extract or Chicken Translator and convert SF2 format to any other format you wish including AKP for Akai samplers or GIG for Gigastudio.

When I listen to the demo everything sounds very nice. When I try to load multisamples into my sampler it doesn't sound so nice, why?

Here are some tips: demos were made mostly using Propellerhead Reason (NN-XT sampler) + reverb from RV7000 (arena type reverb with long sustain - download preset). So as you can see nothing external was used. From our experience on PC computer, best results for multisamples-leads can be achieved using Reason's NN-XT, MOTU MachFive VST plugin combined with Cubase or RGCAudio SFZ combined with anything you want. We are not convinced for using multisamples with Halion and Kontakt due to muddy filters, but it's subjective opinion and might be not adequate to another musican's experiences.

Known sample limitations:

- Leads 1+2: When using in multisamples in FL Soundfont Player there is a problem with setting zero release for ADSR. However it's a SF Player's bug. It may be resolved by using another SF2 plugin within FL Studio (like ex. RGCAudio SFZ)

- one customer reported that some MIDI files cause problems in Sony Acid 5.0. We didn't checked it. Since Acid was primarily tool for WAV not MIDI, it might be problem of ACID.

6. REFUND INFORMATION

I don't like the pack I've downloaded, can I get my money back?

Refunds are avialable within one month after purchase, but only if product wasn't downloaded. Once you've logged with a key into download-zone you can't get refund for this product.

I paid but I didn't started to download. Just changed my mind, can I get my money back?

Yes if you wasn't logged into download-zone your transaction can be cancelled.

I logged into download zone but have troubles with downloading or unpacking files, can I get my money back?

No. If you are not able to download or unpack files, you should inform us about this and we will provide another way for you to download files. If that wouldn't work either, we will send you CD/DVD.

7. OTHER ISSUES

Can I get invoice together with purchase?

Yes invoice can be sent if required. We are VAT registered and for EU customers we can send VAT invoice as well.

Can I use my VISA-ELECTRON debit card for purchase?

It depends on your bank. If your bank allows for internet transactions using your debit card, you can do it.

Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the website?

We don't know your credit card numbers. Services we co-operate with (Allpay, Paypal) don't share your credit card numbers with anyone so it's safe. But remember to have installed good antivirus program and a firewall which will protect your computer against trojan horses and other dangerous worms. Be sure also to NEVER email your credit card number to anyone and use only protected internet connections (starting with https://) during entering numbers.

Using Allpay or PayPal which is better?

It doesn't matter for you. However we prefer Allpay because they have smaller fees. With both payment methods you can download files imediately after purchase.

I paid twice by mistake, could you cancel one transaction?

Yes of course second transaction will be cancelled imediately after we'll see double transaction for the same pack. You don't need even ask for that.

What if I apply fraudulent complaint?

It does not work with intangible goods. Paypal does not accept such complaints at all.

Is there any problem contacting Vipzone?

No. We are friendly and trying to answer very fast by email. If you have problem with keys or downloading, we will do our best to make you satisfied with service.
