About Your Instructor

Ben Cantil, also known as Encanti, is an accomplished artist and one half of the audio/visual duo Zebbler Encanti Experience. His partner, VJ Peter ‘Zebbler’ Berdovsky, is widely recognized for his work with Shpongle and EOTO. ZEE, as they are commonly referred to, regularly releases music on experimental electronic labels Wakaan and Gravitas Recordings. Their music has garnered support from influential artists such as Bassnectar, Space Jesus, and Liquid Stranger. Encanti has collaborated with renowned artists like Mr. Bill, Of The Trees, Au5, and the acclaimed vocalist Ganavya Doraiswamy.

In addition to his artistic endeavors, Cantil holds the position of Assistant Professor of Music Production, Technology, and Innovation at Berklee Valencia in Valencia, Spain. Here, he teaches courses on electronic music production and sound design. As an educator, Ben takes a multidisciplinary approach to electronic music, combining elements of traditional songwriting with sound design, arrangement, and audio engineering. His workshops and classes focus on creative strategies and philosophy, aimed at empowering and inspiring musicians from all backgrounds and skill levels, regardless of their chosen instruments or software.
